Our Sauna Socials are a one-hour experience for up to 4 people, offering the perfect way to relax, recharge, and connect. During your session, you can add a refreshing cold plunge to your cool-down. For the best results, we recommend three rounds of sauna heat therapy (10-15 minutes each), followed by a cool-down period—including a 3-5 minute cold plunge.
